CCRA GDS Booking Instructions

1. GDS access to CCRA International rates for hotel partners available by linking to the booking formats, as displayed.
2. The hotel CD number, if required, is usually attached to the CCRA International rate access code, and will be entered automatically in the PNR. Some hotels require a CD number to be entered manually. In cases where only the COR rate access code is available, you may need to manually enter the CD number.
   Look up a CD number on our Hotel Companies list.
3. Cancellation and guarantee policies vary at each hotel. To check a specific property’s cancellation or guarantee policy, refer to the hotel description in the GDS. Be aware that GDS chain codes can also vary by both the hotel and by the GDS system used.

GDS Booking Formats

Getting Linked to the CCRA GDS Rate Code

CCRA International offers immediate access to the CCRA rate code in all GDS systems. To get your IATA number linked, contact customerservice@ccrainternational.com or phone 800-533-8883.

You will need to provide the following information:

AMADEUS
IATA number and Office ID number

GALILEO
IATA number and Pseudo City Code

WORLDSPAN
IATA number and Pseudo City Code

SABRE
After CCRA has linked your pseudo city code, you must complete the following entry for access to the CCRA rate code.

S19 (supervisory sign in) (Enter)
HIC#CCR-CCRARate#N4G0/X (Enter)
Proper response should read “done”

TELEPHONE BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

If you are unable to use a GDS or the CCRAtravel.com booking portal, the following telephone instructions also allow you to access CCRA preferred rates.

1. Call the Hotel chain’s reservation toll-free number. For example,
   if the hotel’s 2-letter is shown as HH, you would call the 800 number
   for Hilton Hotels.
2. Always identify your agency and that you are a member of CCRA (Computerized Corporate Rate Association).
3. Request the CCRA Preferred Rate and use the CD number, if required.
4. Give your ARC/IATA number to receive commission.

CLIA Agencies

CLIA appointed agents should enroll to use CCRA GDS Rates by signing up for the CCRAtravel.com booking portal.  Using the CCRAtravel.com portal, CLIA agents can get paid a full commission on every hotel booking. CLIA Agency enrollment has become easier – there are no longer qualification forms required. Simply visit CCRAtravel.com to sign up, with no fees and no waiting.
