Q: How can I sign up for the booking portal?

A. Any agency or individual agent can sign up on CCRAtravel.com. All that is required is your travel agency ID (i.e. CLIA, IATA, ARC, Travel Sellers.com, True ID, TID). There are no fees, no costs.

Q: Are the lowest rates available through CCRAtravel.com?

A. Yes, all CCRA member hotels guarantee CCRA that your clients will not find a lower non-restricted rate via any distribution channel, including the hotel website. CCRA aggregates hotel inventories from the Web, GDS and true Net Rate providers, giving you access to the widest selection of inventories available in one place.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account?

A. No. You can book hotels at the CCRA pre-paid Net Rate and receive guaranteed commissions without a PayPal Business account. The added benefits of a PayPal Business account include same day commission payment since you will be the merchant of record for the credit card processing. If you choose to open a PayPal Business account, see the PayPal Integration page for full details on how to set up your account.

Q: How do I set my own commission?

A.  CCRAtravel.com presents Net Rates. By selecting Net Rates, you are free to set your own commission percentage using the dynamic rate calculator. You can calculate the right commission level to keep your client sell rate competitive and profitable.

Q: How long does it take to receive commissions?

A.  Commission payments vary depending on the type of inventory chosen. Net Rates are paid either immediately, through your PayPal Business account, or within two within two weeks with CCRA International as the merchant of record. See the Commissions page for a full explanation.

Q:  Can a CLIA agent use the CCRAtravel.com booking portal?
