CCRA attended the Home Based Travel Agent Show in Atlantic City October 29 – November 1.  The show hosted over 1,200 attendees this year!  During the show’s Tech Forum, CCRA presented to over 800 enthusiastic home based agents on how to earn higher commissions through Net Rates on the CCRAtravel.com hotel booking portal.  Through CCRAtravel.com, these homebased agents who do not have access to the GDS, are now able to obtain the same preferred rates that ordinarily are reserved for mega agencies via the CCRA Hotel Program.

We were happy to see such a great interest among the serious travel agents out there who wanted to learn the best booking options for earning more money.  After the panel presentations, groups and agents took part in ongoing live training at our CCRA booth throughout the two-day trade show.  Training sessions on how to earn higher commissions on the CCRAtravel.com portal drew new agents and veterans alike.

Congratulations to our Prize Drawing winners who attended CCRA trainings!  Georgianna Tutler of In the Mix Tours and Cruises, in East Orange, New Jersey, won a two-night stay at Ocean Key Resort & Spa in Key West. Arlene Dixon of J&A Enterprises Travel in Norfolk, Virginia, won a two-night stay at Little Palm Island Resort & Spa in the Florida Keys.  Our Prize Drawing awards were generously supplied by Noble House Hotels & Resorts, a CCRA hotel partner.
