CCRA Joined IT Group Annual Conference at Sea

CCRA had a successful appearance at the IT Group Annual Conference at Sea October 29 – November 1. This conference was held onboard Celebrity Cruises’ Mercury with a VIP group of travel agents and agency owners. IT Group hosted dinners and seminars that allowed all of the preferred suppliers including CCRA to spend personalized time with the agency owners and agents. During the 4-night cruise from Seattle to Nanaimo and Victoria, British Columbia, participants attended three general sessions and a full morning trade show.

We were happy to spend one-on-one time with each of dedicated IT Group members and share the benefits of adopting the CCRAtravel.com Hotel Booking Portal and CCRA Net Rates for their agency.

Our participating preferred suppliers also helped to make the conference a rich experience for the attendees.  Carey, Steignenberger Hotel Group, and Wyndham Hotel Group each spent many hours educating attendees about their services and programs, as well as learning more about what the travel agent market’s needs.

We networked with the 180+ attendees and presented ways for travel agents to think outside the box when booking online using CCRAtravel.com.  Owners and managers were eager for their agents to start discovering the benefits from our hotel booking portal. If you missed CCRA and our preferred suppliers at the Conference at Sea and would like review the latest Hotel Booking Portal updates, please visit CCRAtravel.com.
Convenient new demo tools have been added, and free weekly online training is offered to teach agents how to make more money, faster by booking CCRA Net Rates.

"...I learned something at each and every get-together, whether it was a meeting, cocktail party or dinner, it was great to network with the vendors and agents. I especially liked the trade show.  I think the seminars are a very valuable tool...a great way to encourage and re-inspire us to better serve our clients."
