Ticketing Agent | Opeartion/Division: 24/7 Call Center
As a Ticketing Agent you will be handling the following: quality controling each PNR before ticketing; Iissuing electronic tickets (domestic and international); Issuing prepaid tickets (mostly international): Issuing exchanges (domestic and international): Checking ROAM queues; Calling out to resolve issues with travel agents, clients or vendors; Answering questions regarding fares or ticketing issues; Taking transfers of passengers with immediate ticketing needs; Assisting in call taking if there are no tickets to be issued or if so directed by the shift manager; Being available for additional ticketing/fare related projects as needed.
