Hotel Inventory - CCRA, Promo and Internet inventories: Commissions will be paid on the 25th of each month for prior month's paid and consumed bookings. If your commission for any month is less than $50.00, the total amount will be carried over to the next month. Once your total commission due surpasses $50.00, a check will be sent to you on the 25th of the month for the complete amount owed to your account.

Travel Agent Pre-Paid Hotel Bookings:
You will receive your entire commission payment at the time of booking.
 
CCRA Net Rate Bookings:  Non-Refundable - CCRA will pay your entire commission mark-up two weeks after the initial booking

Agencies opting out of electronic payments will receive their commission checks once a month, in USD Commissions, for any month, less than $50.00 will be carried over to the next month. Once your total commission due surpasses $50.00, a check will be issued to you on the 25th of that month.

How can I track my commissions?

You have complete access to all your bookings.

  1. Click on the 'Reports' tab to view commission amount and status.
  2. You will be able to track cancellations, stay changes, paid and outstanding commission.
  3. Not sure of a commission status? Click the Inquiry button to send an immediate email to the CCRA Customer Service Manager.
What are the criteria for commission payments?

A reservation must actually be completed by the customer, meaning they arrived at the hotel as arranged and did not cancel their hotel reservation. Once the reservation has been consumed, we must collect the commission from the supplier. After we collect, we will pay your commission to you on the 25th of the month.

A Few Tips to remember

Prepaid Reservations:

Travel Agent Net Rates - Get Paid Immediately! Your commission is always protected. You determine your commission rate. Non refundable - No changes or cancellation are permitted. You will receive your full commission on the same day of the booking transaction.

The travel agent is the "merchant of record". Payments are made through your own individual PayPal account. Confirmation/vouchers will be emailed at the time of booking, and can be re-sent anytime. Your client's credit card will show your business name as the merchant of record.

CCRA Net Rates - Guaranteed commissions, faster. You determine your own commission rate. And since Net Rates are prepaid and non-refundable, you receive your full commission within 2 weeks of the booking transaction date.

CCRA is the "merchant of record". Pre-Paid supplier vouchers can be downloaded, at the time of booking, and provide 24/7 customer service information. Your client's credit card will show CCRA as the merchant of the charge.

Internet Discount Rate Booking - the client's credit card is charged at the time of booking. At the time of booking, pay special attention to any change or cancellation fees. In order to receive your commission the customer must arrive at the hotel and complete the stay as confirmed. If the reservation is cancelled or the client is a "no-show" your commission is forfeited. Your client's credit card will show "the inventory supplier" as the merchant of record..


Non-Prepaid Reservations:

In general, US domestic hotels pay commissions within 30-45 days of departure. CCRA has partnered with Pegasus, TACS and WPS to ensure your commissions are paid. International Hotels pay commissions on average 60-90 days after departure. CCRA invoices all international hotels within 10 days of your client's departure. CCRA is unable to open a new commission inquiry submitted after 6 months of completion of the hotel stay.


Commission Payment Status codes:
CXLD Reservation was cancelled with the hotel and no commission is owed.
NC Room rate was non-commissionable at the time of booking or the hotel and guest made arrangements outside of the original portal booking.
No Show A reservation was held for the guest and they did not show as confirmed.
In Progress Your commission has been received from the hotel and is being processed for payment on the next payment cycle.
Paid Your commission has been paid.

A Note to Agency Portal Administrators

Please take a moment to review your agency profile to ensure your Federal Tax ID is included. No commissions will be paid to US agents without this information. To ensure timely payments, it is important that you update your profile with any changes as they occur.
